Not sure what you mean by security program system. Do you mean virus protection and other safeguard features? If this is your question, then the HP Envy comes with McAfee security software but only a short trial period, around one month. Then, McAfee wants to sell you a yearly subscription.

Yes, it came with virus program for 6 months.
