A:AnswerYou have to ale sure you have the correct photo paper size selected when you print the picture. Open the tray and it will tell you that the tray is open from that screen select the correct size paper for the photo tray

A:AnswerYes but HP answers in tech support seem to be more for PC's as some of the stuff it says and shows in pictures to select don't look the same as a mac. For instance, the icon for wifi in one of the instructions.
