Q: QuestionApproximately how many 4x6 photos can you print per cartridge?
Asked by Jk.
- A:Answer That is a tough question! There are so many factors at play when it comes to the yield of the cartridges. On a standard 64 ink cartridge you may get 50 prints? It is really a shot in the dark as each photo uses different levels of ink. This is why HP created HP Instant Ink. With HP Instant Ink you do not pay based on how much ink you use but rather based on how many pages were actually printed each month. If you are printing 50 items, be it full color 8x10 photos or pages full of text, it would only be $2.99 per month plus tax. 100 pages is $4.99 and 300 pages is $9.99 plus tax. When the printer gets low on ink it lets HP know who then sends you ink straight to your home. No cost for the ink, shipping or recycling!
