“Infrequent printer use? I might only use my printer once every 2 or 3 weeks. The HP team said to shut printer off when not in use so print heads do not dry up. But I am on instant ink and they say I have to have printer powered on Which do I do?”

It is okay to leave the HP printer all the time. If you have issues with your ink cartridges, you can reach out to HP Instant Ink for another set of ink if needed.
