“I need a USB not a wireless connection. I need to be able to scan and save to my desktop in a PDF format, saving several documents under one PDR file. Is all that possible? I currently have an MG7520 which suddenly stopped scanning.”

• Yes. There is a USB connection and using the HP Smart desktop app, you can scan multiple documents to a single PDF.

• No USB but there is a memory card slot. A little more trouble but is effective. Scan document to memory card then move card to your laptop and copy files
