How many cartridges needed. Is it expensive to run null

This printer only requires two cartridges! Also it can run with only one of the inks installed so no more having to stop printing to go get cartridges. Even better, you can use the HP Instant Ink program as well!

This model uses HP-64 Black and HP-64 tri-color cartridges. How much it costs really depends on how much you print.
