When you set up the "Scan to email" feature, you should have received an email from HP Support that includes your PIN. The example below is exactly what I received, less my personal information. Search your email to see if you received this from HP. Hope this helps! PattyE The email is from: [email protected] The content of the email looks like this: Welcome to HP Scan to email. Your printer user name is: ______ Your PIN is: _ _ _ _ You will need this PIN to access your Scan to Email service from the printer. Thank You, HP
