“Received this for a gift and it only gives 3 paper options: plain, glossy, lightweight. Where are the true paper options or how do you get more options like Matte, everyday, etc? The print quality to date is total crap and l can’t get other options.”

Apologies for what you're experiencing. The Envy Photo 7155 offers much flexibility in media 16-80 lbs, such as Plain Paper; HP Photo Papers; HP Matte Brochure or Professional Paper; HP Matte Presentation Paper; HP Glossy Brochure or Professional Paper; Other Photo Inkjet Papers; Other Matte Inkjet Papers; Other Glossy Inkjet Papers, Plain Paper, Light/Recycled. Make sure you've downloaded the printer software to your computer, and use "custom" when setting your paper/media and print quality options. We uninstalled/reinstalled the printer and it shows accurate printer downloaded, but when you try to print a photo or any document, there is no Custom Paper option. It says pick paper: Plain, lightweight, glossy. There are no other options. How do we find the Custom Paper option, because it is not showing up. I downloaded the user guide previously and it is not helpful. There are 3 paper options only showing and no where to find additional options.
