The Photo Envy is labelled as an ‘All-In-One’ because it does everything including the primary functions of a Fax without the Fax Machine apparatus. Most printers today and all other brands do the same because of the features they offer over and above those including a Fax. The HP 7155 has a quality flat bed scanner that you can use to scan your document (s) to your computer, then e-mail them to your reciepient. This is much more ‘private’ then a Fax Machine, gives you a ‘file’ you can save, and is really a better method over Faxing.
Copier Function. On the HP 7155 you have a choice of copying a Document, ID Card, and, or a Photo. If you want to enlarge or reduce the sizes of each - you can use your printer software in settings on your computer, or scan the document and resize any way you want.
