It's honestly dependant on what I am doing with it. If I am gaming, it lasts 4-5 hours with the battery settings set at "better performance" over power savings. If I am writing on Word with the battery performance turned down to "battery saver" mode, it can last more like 12 hours. So it'll depend what you're doing with it.

Something that pushing the processor hard for long periods is going to shorten the time before recharging, because you're using more power.
