- Answer There is no room for an additional 2.5 inch solid state drive. There is one M.2 slot for a solid-state drive. The RAM can be upgraded to 32 gigabytes.

- Answer Yes-you can upgrade the machine to 32 gigabytes by removing the two 4 gigabyte memory modules and installing two 16 gigabyte modules.

- Answer I don't know about the Dell wqhd38 monitor. But I know you can use the CAD software and be able to multi-task in just about everything.
