“How can I stop my laptop from making the loud buzzing noise and freezing while on Zoom and other web conference calls? On my second replacement of this laptop and nothing has been resolved. HP cannot help and Bestbuy tried to help best they could.”

Unfortunately we had the same issue. Went twice to Geek Squad and couldn't be fixed. Returned it.

Please try again later.If it's only buzzing and freezing on Zoom calls and it's the second computer where you've had this same issue, it's almost certainly an issue with either the connection or the meeting host. You'll need to contact either Zoom or your Internet provider to see what's going on with that computer.
