No. Computers do not come with specialized software. You will need to purchase/install whatever special software you require. If the files were for very old software you may not be able to read them using the modern versions. Check with the software vendor. Ideally contact someone who has an old computer with the required software and request they convert it to a simple format that can be easily read such as CSV and TXT.

You would certainly be able to download them to the computer. To actually open them, you'd need to install an old copy of Works onto the hard drive and run it in "compatibility mode"
