Assuming you either use it as a tablet or have it sitting on a flat surface most of the time, no. This particular model gets quite hot to the touch, you should only worry if it becomes uncomfortably hot.

Please try again later.Yes I have one as well and the fan does get pretty loud, I found that anyway you can clear obstructions from the fan will help so maybe investing in a laptop table with the circulation holes so the air has somewhere to go but be careful which one you get because the laptop can get hot enough to warp lower quality ones.
