“This says it has an integrated amd Radeon video card. Does that mean i won’t be able to play pc games on it (like Black Ops:Cold War, overwatch, etc..) or does that just mean it cannot be upgraded?”

This has just an APU. You can play anything that'll run on it as far as I'm aware, though I do not know about DirectX 12 support, 99% of games that you'll want to play should be playable if you adjust the settings. Just don't expect to be able to run higher settings, as once again, this laptop has an APU, which has better-than-average iGPU performance & can play some games, but it can't rival discrete graphics.

You can play some of those games with this laptop, but not at the highest resolutions or at the faster gameplay. For serious gaming I recommend a system with a dedicated graphics processing unit.
