“I am confused about upgrading the RAM. There are two completely different answers from the HP Team. 1st one is: "this device can be upgraded to 16GB of RAM". The 2nd one is: "this device is already equipped with the highest amount of RAM". Which is right?”

Hi David! Thanks for the question. Yes, the RAM is upgradable. All of the newest models use slotted RAM so they can be upgraded, but they require battery removal so user access is officially unsupported. An authorized service provider can upgrade the memory for you.
