Thanks for your question and sorry for the confusion! This HP Envy x360 laptop has two memory slots. Currently there are two 4GB Ram sticks installed. This laptop can be upgraded to 16GB of RAM.

Confirmed supports 32GB. Ordered directly from hp this time sadly since bestbuy does not have the option for the 400nit ips panel, i have the 2020 model side by side. its a very big difference, this is 2020+ macbook air quality color and brightness.

HP continues to say that max RAM is 16GB. I installed 2X Crucial CT16G4SFRA32A modules and I have 32GB RAM. HP is wrong.
