“Reading reviews on Best Buy. Out of 47 reviews about 10 or so mentioned laptop crashing often. Has this been a problem with this unit. I've used HP before and was happy but don't want problems right out of the box.”

I think the star rating speaks for itself. You may have some bad untis, but thsi has been the best laptopI have ever purchased and I am in IT!

Only problem was during first week, got a fake Microsoft virus which made it look like it crashed, But Geek Squad explained I only needed to have them install Ad-Blocker; they were great about it. No problems since.

Their "built-in" diagnostic tools work very well to keep your computer working at its best. They seem to be designed for the everyday user who does not have a degree in computer science.
