Built - solid; Operation - speedy and reliable; memory - 12gbs; great for web design: html, css, javascript, python and Zend framework; screen: 1080p vibrant screen; external hdmi pushes 4k!!, Sound: awesome Bang and Olufsen sound. Battery life: 4 to 5 hrs for me and what I do; I have the settings on high performance even on battery. You can use this laptop for light Graphic design work; I have the adobe creative suite cc 2015: Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign; They work great for the intended purpose - website design, Icon design, business cards layout and books and magazine design. For the negative: its a fingerprint magnet, and it only has two usb ports!! if it had more than 2 usb ports I would have given it 5 stars.

My last laptop was a Windows 95. I became a iPad user with no issues. My new employment company is Not iPad friendly. I couldn't believe how many manufacturers there are now out there. After looking and comparing for a month or so. I settled to this one. HP is a recognized name, and I like their service and behind the scenes upgrades. Great RAM and storage, very fast computing and downloads are quick. I settled for the i5 since movies and videos or gaming is not what I use a laptop for anyway. The touch screen is great since I'm used to a iPad. The size is perfect for presentations and has drawn praise for the resolution. Others have new laptops, in comparison the HP is by far superior. I couldn't be happier.

I have been looking at several computers for the last few months. I have read reviews, gone to test out different models and asked friends about their experiences. This was the best computer for the money. It is easy to use, it's light and has a back-lit keyboard which I really like. I originally got the slightly larger model and didn't like it because it was too big, heavy and bulky. The envy works fast and is more economical than an apple model comparable to this one. I have an iPad that I couldn't do a lot of things on and this takes care of all of those. I can actually use flashplayer and work on my website. The only downside I've seen is that sometimes it pauses and needs to catch up when I am doing a workout video. However, that could be an internet problem as well. Yep I said workout video.

Be it for work or education, this laptop works supergood. Plus, being a student, I got an additional $150 off over the price, which made my decision to purchase this laptop much more easier.

The envy computer works great. I bought it for my fiancé who is in college. However the office jet printer we got with it has never worked with a color cartridge. I even exchanged to get a new color cartridge and still does not work. I called the geek squad and they will not exchange my printer. I am going to try one more time by taking the printer to the store to exchange, if they do not I will never step foot in a Best Buy store ever again as well as tell everyone I know not to purchase anything from Best Buy.

Awesome laptop, very fast, and huge memory... Pros: Premium built, keyboard lights up, comfortable to use, 1Tb memory, 12Gb of ram, very fast, long lasting battery, awsome speakers, and good enough resolution for the price. Cons: Can get hot if stressed or used in the lap, screen is not as bright as you want it to be, doesn't come with am Office license, premium build adds more weight to it. Overall is a very good laptop for the price (considering that I only paid $550 since I'm a student), good display, speed and memory. Very reliable and fun to use. If you are a student and are thinking of carrying on a backpack (just as I do) I would suggest buying something to protect it, and be aware it's on the heavy side.

The computer is light and easy to use in a variety of settings. The flip feature allows for an excellent tool for a brief presentation. The touch screen allows for an additional degree of functionality when a mouse is not the best user solution. When buying a new laptop, give this product due consideration as a very cost effective solution to your mobile computing needs.

I work in the IT industry and I tend to use a lot of different laptops. I'm usually pretty critical of hardware that family and friends buy (because I usually end up supporting it!). So for my wife, we spent some time shopping around for a laptop that was sub $700. There were a few contenders, but the HP finally edged out. 12GB of RAM and 1TB of HDD space, coupled with the Intel i5 really sells this computer in the performance department. I do wish the HDD had more performance as the drive is a 5400RPM drive (I have no idea why in 2016 manufactures are still using this ancient speed), but for what my wife is using it for, this will suffice. The laptop feels very solid. It is a pleasure to type on and the trackpad is large and useful. Backlit keys are great as they get pretty bright, which is great for those of us who spend time typing the occasional Best Buy review in the dark in front of the TV at night. If you can catch this laptop on sale, then pick it up. You can't go wrong. It should handle any office/student work that most people will be doing. Only gamers need not apply.

This computer is amazing. It is fast and easy to use. The only complaint I have is that it scratches very easily. That is to be expected though since it is silver. The added memory is totally worth the price tag and being able to touch the screen makes for quick scrolling. The games are not yet up to par with Apple but if you are buying this for school then it is a great deal.

The HP Envy 360 is very easy to set up and run. It is fairly lightweight which is very convenient as I need to carry it back and forth to my appointments. The charge lasts for hours, too. I like the way it moves from being touchscreen to keyboard driven seamlessly. It's been great for my purpose and I recommend it.

So far experience has been great, given it was purchased in a hurry as my 10 yr old gateway's hard drive died for 3rd time (& it's annoying that Geek Squad now refuses to work on XP). So while purchased under duress, the blow was softened by the overall attractiveness and ease of use. Also versatility, although I haven't used the tablet feature, touch screen, or onscreen keyboard yet, but they're all great bells & whistles. Also love the lighted keyboard option. Geek Squad made it easy to learn Windows 10 (coming all the way up from XP, I was unnecessarily apprehensive). Speed more than adequate. Bang & Olufsen audio is very good. There's really nothing important that I dislike, and they are mostly little Windows 10 quirks, not the laptop itself.

High speed and sleek design make this a wonderful purchase. Easy to use and very competitive against any other brand. It's versatility as a touch pad is truly the best of both worlds.

Works great for binge watching shows with around eight hour battery life. Great and fast when loading photos. Touch screen is a nice option. Flipping into a tablet is simple and its nice to be able to bend to bring closer to you or to stand up. Display dims nice for night viewing. Extra long cord for charging and charges quickly. With the cord on right side at the edge of the computer (where it bends to close) it's easy to keep out of the way and easier to protect so it doesn't break or get wore out fast. Sound is amazing with average price ear buds.

You can compare this laptop with the apple Macbook pro 15 its running windows 10 could be in tablet mode. 15 inch light weight full Aluminum body just like an apple products. AC Wifi 1tb hard drive 12gb ram i can upgrade this to an ssd 1080p display which is awesome i own Macbook pro 13 retina and i cannot tell the difference between this lcd or retina. Plus its a touch screen laptop. Battery life is only 4 to 5 hours but its way better then apple 2300$ laptop. Using it for work purposes and i got this on 250$ off as a student discount. Its was an awesome deal.

So far I really like it. I had one problem with it. I turned one day after only 10 days of having it and it told me there was a problem with the fan and that I needed to get it fixed. I took it into Best Buy and without a hassle they let me exchange it. I have not had a single issue with the computer since then. It is easy to use. It has an i5 processor and for what I am using it for it is fast, good memory, and beautiful clear graphics.

I'm a sixth year college student and this laptop is fantastic for any need you may have. Great storage. Ample amounts of RAM. Great i5 processor and it does anything I need quickly. Have not messed with the camera on it to test it, but based off everything else, I can assume it's great. My only complaint is the lack of a disk drive, but with technology now, you don't really need one unless you wanted to rip something off a disk.

I will never go back to a desktop computer again. Envy was the best choice I ever made. Wanted to buy a desktop but after talking to the Best Buy rep. he had me sold. The price was reasonable, so easy to use, the extra features touch screen was a plus. I still use a mouse which I also bought at Best Buy. Keyboard also lights up and you have the control to turn off if you don't need it. It is also light weight which a plus. I recommend this Envy laptop. Very happy customer.
