- Answer A trial version of office is included. You will have to purchase it to receive the full features offered in the MS Office Suite. Options: if youre a student you can buy office at a major discount from ur school store if its not offered for free! if you buy office with the laptop it will be at an amazing sale price which shouldnt be passed up!

- Answer no cd/dvd drive in this machine - just find a simple plug in version and you will be fine, losing the drive allows for other helpful items. one real plus is this is a VERY cool running machine thanks to the redesign

QuestionDoes this laptop have a shiny, reflexive monitor or a matte surface? I don't want to see myself reflected in the monitor while I'm working. I also do lots of photo work and art work and need a non-reflexive surface. Thank you.

- Answer Yes, but it's not necessary and I wouldn't really advise you keep ANY electronics plugged in at all times while using them as it could shorten the battery life and performance.
