- Answer While this computer has a great processor and lots of RAM and storage space, it is not the best for gaming. I recommend a computer with at least a dedicated graphics card also for the best gaming performance. It is important to look up the system requirements for the game to help you choose a laptop. - Answer Unfortunately, there is no HP Active Stylus that will work with an Envy x360. Those are only compatible with the Spectre x360. The regular, rubber tipped stylus will work on the Envy x360, but those are not good for digital art.

QuestionIs the charger supposed to get very hot while charging? The box gets so hot that I am scared to let the computer charge unless I am sitting here with it.

- Answer It's definitely not supposed to get very hot, just slight warmth. Are you plugging directly into the wall? Are you also running mutiple sites, programs while charging? This MAY a cause. Call Geek Squad, they should be happy to help answer better and let you know your options.

- Answer Yeah it does! I'm pretty sure it comes with the latest version. But I could be wrong.. I know for a fact that it comes with windows 10 if you buy the windows 10 laptop. Because they have these same laptops that only have windows 8. But yeah you can purchase the laptop with windows 10

- Answer It does not have an ethernet port but I have Pluggable UD-3900 (Amazon) and it plugs into my laptop via USB. This device is like a docking station and allows my laptop to connect to a regular keyboard, up to 2 external monitors, ethernet port, external hard drive and several other USB ports. It is also small enough to pack in a bag if you travel.

QuestionI purchased this pc last night but it only has 2 USB ports and 1 HDMI. The specs say it has 3 USB ports. Are the specs including the HDMI as a USB in the count? I was disappointed in the lack of ports but do not want to return without any other issues.

- Answer No it is shared graphics. If you look on Best Buy's site at product's specifications it will tell you that it is shared. It will also give you the complete rundown of all specs which should help you in your decision.

- Answer Sure. You need to remove bottom screws. Make sure to use right tools. Also you can download maintain manual from the HP product page. Everything took me 10 minutes.
