• Yeah it does! I'm pretty sure it comes with the latest version. But I could be wrong.. I know for a fact that it comes with windows 10 if you buy the windows 10 laptop. Because they have these same laptops that only have windows 8. But yeah you can purchase the laptop with windows 10

• All the new computers are being sold with Windows 10 installed. It isn't any special version, they aren't going to include pro if that's what you're asking.
