“I put the SDHC Memory card into the slot on the right side... a window came up and said card empty. It didn't eject the card... there is no button to push... how do I get card out... and I am 90% sure that there are pics on that disc. c”

Just press the SD card again, it releases a lock and a sort of spring load pushes the sd card back out of the slot
