“I restarted my laptop and now it's not turning back on. I've tried holding the power button and it was charging so I know that it's not because of the battery. Has this happened to anyone and does anyone know what's wrong and how to fix it?”

I have never had that happen and do not know how to fix it, but if you got geek squad protection for your laptop, they will most likely fix it for you for free.
