“From reading the other questions about the ram being upgradable this computer has 1 8gb stick and 2 slots leaving 1 slot empty correct? How is the ram location accessed? Is it an easy to get to location on the bottom of the computer?”

That person was wrong. Just purchased...when Geek Squad opened, there was just one soldered stick with no open slots. The HP site confirmed what they found, so wonder why HP Team doesn't know. I was very disappointed as the site usually used by Geek Squad said it could be upgraded up to 32 GB.
