A:Answer Unfortunately, it doesn't have cellular connectivity so you wouldn't be able to do it directly. It sounds as if you've got an international plan with your cell phone-you may want to check to see if there's an adapter you can plug into the computer to give you cellular connectivity. Or, check to see if your phone can be used as a WiFi hotspot and still access cell data. In that case, you should be able to turn on the hotspot capability on the phone and use it to give you access to the cellular system in the country you're visiting.
