• Yes this would be a great machine for that. You will need to purchase office or install freeware office software since it does not come with that

• A bit overkill to be honest... but this computer could do anything you ask of it and do it quick as lightning, office apps on this machine load faster than any computer I have ever used.

• Good question. This is an excellent choice for a Business and Accounting major. It has a top of the line Intel Core i7 processor (the fastest Core processor they have) and more than enough RAM for your needs. It also has a large 1 TB hard drive. I hope this helps.
