- Answer No the fan is not quiet. It runs constantly and never shuts off unless the device is sleeping. Even after updating the BIOS and adjusting the power settings it still runs at high speed. At least that is the problem with ours.

- Answer The computer only has 1 HDMI for connecting a monitor. It does have a USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C port that supports Display Port use so you could get a USB C to HDMI adapter for a second monitor.

Questioni was gifted this laptop a few months ago; i’ve had lots of problems with getting it to turn on.it only works when the battery is 100% full & it doesn’t turn on with just pressing the power button. i have to figure out a trick to get it on. any advice?
