“I am worried about flipping the screen to be like a tablet. Has anybody noticed their screen loosening or not staying up when it's setup as a regular laptop after a while? Also, is there an option to turn off the touchscreen? Thanks.”

yes you can turn off the touch screen. Search for device manager > on device manager find Human Interface Devices > look for the touch screen and disable it. Also my old 2in1 started coming up on the side. But that also happened with a non 2in1 i had as well. Kind of strange. These were non hp tho.
