• Battery life on this device works good for me. I didn't time it, but I'll say 8 hrs w/o charge. It's all I need.

• You do not need to leave the laptop plugged in all the time in order to use it. The HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ed0023dx gets up to 8 hours and 30 minutes of battery life.

• The battery life has been excellent and I have gone up to 3 days without plugging it in. With heavy use I can certainly make it through a day without needing to plug it in to a wall outlet.
