“How long should I let the battery charge for the very first time out of the box before I cut the computer on for the first time?”

• @HP responder... It definitely doesn't come fully charged out of the box. This is my third one (had to send the first two back because they both had keys sticking fresh out of the box) and neither came charged. Do you actually work for HP or are you like a job I used to have, working as a third party HP representative?
