Yes, it will support an active stylus. Either the HP Pen or the HP Tilt Pen will work just fine. Because one of the USB ports supports USB-C Power delivery, you can charge the laptop with the USB-C port. It's rated at 60 watts, but a charger that can deliver a higher wattage will just supply the 60 watts.
