• No, it comes with Windows Home. But you can upgrade it to the Pro version if you have a license. I did and was able to upgrade without any issues.

• No, it comes with Windows 10 Home installed. You can have Geek Squad upgrade it to Windows 10 Pro after you've purchased it.
