“Photoshop requires 2.0 GHz processor to run. This laptop is listed as a 1.8 Ghz "base processor speed" with "up to 4.6 GHz with Turbo boost". Can anyone explain how that works? Is this a downgrade from my current 2-3 GHz HP Pavilion?”
