that's an easy one. by plugging them in... lol no seriously it has 1 HDMI and 3 DisplayPort jacks for you on the Radeon RX580 card. Can support up to technically 6 displays (as the specs read). pretty standard for most new monitors. You can buy dirt cheap high performance cables that have HDMI on one end and display ports on the other (no adapters needed). my 2 HP Pavilion 23xw monitors have hdmi ports. so I use 1 via hdmi right now and the cable I just mentioned on the other. If your monitor has RGB only, then it's time to upgrade if you want true 1080-4K display. otherwise, DVI-E ports can easily adapt to HDMI or display port via cbles or simple adapters.
