• There are three display ports. To get the HDMI to work you need a display port to HDMI adapter or dongle.Then you can plug your HDMI cable from the monitor into the dongle or plug the Display port adapter cable into your monitor

• You are trying to remove the cover off the HDMI port on the motherboard? You cannot use that port as it is not connected to the GPU. When the GPU is connected you want to use those ports. Those are the 4 video ports that are close together.
