The USB3.1c port is purely for file transfers. It is not connected to the graphics card. But the included RX580 graphics card already has a built-in, direct HDMI connection. You won't need an adapter; just plug your HDMI cable directly to the back of the PC. The graphics card is very good. It will support 4K resolutions, but for gaming, you'll probably want to stay at 1080p for smooth frame rates. Depends on which games you're playing and your tolerance for lower frame rates.
