Yes, the motherboard has one open SATA connector and the power supply has one extra SATA power connector. You can mount the 3rd hard drive on the cage. I had mine running with the included SSD, 1 TB hard drive, and a 2TB hard drive that I added. Note that the already hot case will get hotter when you do this.
