- Answer the warranty is provided by best buy geek squad for 1 year of purchases. you can ether call geek squad or take it to your local best buy for warranty services . and only in the USA.

- Answer You can get anywhere from 4 to 6 hours depending on the brightness of the screen . and they say it has two batteries but what i can tell from using it there is no battery in the docking station because it gets the same time on or of the dock. but i could be wrong .

QuestionI have never bought a refurbished item before. so does it looks old, or does it has marks over it?I have never bought a refurbished item before. so does it looks old, or does it has marks over it? or the company has taken care of everything and have fixed the broken parts and got rid of the marks and scratches it had?

- Answer I have bought many refurbished products and they typically look brand new. However, they can have a few scuffs, scratches, and/or marks but these would be typically minor and wouldn't impact the performance such as major damage to screen. But in most cases put a brand new item and refurb item next to each other and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.
