I just received mine and like my review stated it's about 98% new, I had a little tiny scuff marks on the hp logo on the back of laptop but overall it looks brand new and zero signs of wear and tear. Also, it does not come with anything other than charger. It comes in large generic geeks quad white box with no documentation. Mine was a refurbished model.
