“How do I print envelopes on this printer?”

• I use MS Word to print envelopes. GO to TOOLS, select Letter and Mailings; then Select Envelopes and Labels. The envelopes go into the slot above the paper tray Flap DOWN and to the Left.

• Feed them through the manual feed tray/slot on the front of the printer. push the paper guides together to keep the envelope(s) aligned. Insert the envelope into the tray face up, stamp corner in. Print the envelope.

• Open a slim door located above the paper tray and below the output. You will have to adjust the guides to the width of the envelope.

• there is a tray above the load paper tray that allows the use of envelopes, phot paper 4x6 and more

• There is a place where you can insert the envelopes but it has to be inserted one by one.
