Yes you can using a feature called Private Print. I believe you go to this website www.hpondemand,com and setup and account. If you go with the a series model to the 400 series, you can hook up a 16gb flash drive to the back of the unit and do Job Storage private print which does not use the cloud and encrypts the thumb drive.
