• Thank you for the question. Most laser printers at the consumer/home level do not support 300gsm media. That's not to say you can't use it, but it should be fed gingerly through the multi-purpose tray of the M404dn and your selection on the print menu should indicate "heavy" paper type. You'll have far more flexibility with an inkjet printer, that will typically support thicker media.
