Does the HP M426fdw have a draft or toner saver mode? null

No I don't see a draft Toner mode. However with the toner cartridge you get no need to really adjust much.

It has 3 different settings, so yes, there is a fast print setting that appears to be the toner saving setting then there are 2 other settings at 600 and 1200 density.
