- Answer This is not an inkjet it's a laser printer, so, no ink, but it does have a complete set of toner cartridges (1 black and 3 color). These are starter sets and give you about 1200 pages per cartridge.

- Answer Yes, the HP Color LaserJet Pro M454dw is Apple AirPrint compatible so you can print using just Apple AirPrint instead of the HP Smart App.

- Answer No. This is print only, thought it does that very well. To copy and scan you'd have to step up to the HP Color LaserJet Pro Multifunction M479fdw.

QuestionDoes this support Bluetooth printing from laptop/smart phones/ipad by pairing into it? I am not looking for wifi direct as it disconnects internet from the phone while printing.

- Answer Thank you for your question! This model cannot print via Bluetooth. If you have an internet connection, the printer can connect via Wi-Fi or Ethernet and then any device connected to that network can easily use the printer. Without an internet connection for the printer, your best options will be Wi-Fi Direct, Apple AirPrint, or connecting it to a computer via USB.

- Answer You can connect it either with an Ethernet cable to your home network, or a direct connection to a single computer using a USB cable. Neither of the cables are included.

- Answer No, you can not, you must have all 4 toners installed and working to print. The HP 414A toner yields 2400 page and the 414X cartridge yields 7500 pages.

- Answer Thank you for the question. Yes, if the heat transfer paper is labeled for use with laser printers. Note that inkjet printers have a better print quality than laser printers with a larger selection of heat transfer papers from which to choose.

Having said that, The LaserJet Pro M454dw does accept glossy HP photo paper (up to 52 lb) and will accept custom media sizes from 3 x 5" to 8.5 x 14".
