Yes, even if you move into heavy. With occasional use, the toner it comes with should last you a very long time. I believe it says 200 pages, but I got way more than that. My wife uses it for college, and loves it.

The M29W's monthly duty cycle is up to 8,000 pages so it can handle large print jobs if needed.
