I would check your router to make sure it is backward compatible with 2.4 networks. Did you go through the wireless setup on the printer using the software from HP. If it recognizes the network then it should print.

To reset the printer follow these steps: 1. Turn the product off. 2. Press and hold the wireless button and the cancel button, and then turn the product on. 3. Hold the buttons until all the lights blink in unison, and then release the buttons After this, go ahead and reinstall the drivers/software and you will be able to connect it to the new network!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.hook it via Ethernet cable into your computer....setup the wireless properties for your new router. The printer is looking for your old router and password. Basically set it up like it is new.
