- Answer You'll need a DisplayPort cable and the USB-C to USB-A cable that's in the box to connect to the Docking station. This monitor doesn't have any drives-those would be on the computer. The USB-C to A cable should handle the camera and speaker signal

- Answer Hello, yes, this monitor can be used as an external monitor via the HDMI port, or the Display Port, and there is an audio port available for sound to port through once your monitor is correctly connected with an audio cable to your laptop. Thank you for being an HP customer!
