• Yes, if both systems are on the same WiFi network, it works great. I have both Macs and Windows systems on my home WiFi network.

• Hi, thank you for the question. HP LaserJet Pro M283fdw is compatible with MacBook Pro and Windows devices. The user can print from both of the devices simultaneously.
