• It does not. There is a 3.5mm plug under the headset on the left side where you can plug a headset and microphone.

• no, this headset does come equipped with a jack on the headset meaning you can carry some headphones with you more readily.

• The item does not include headphones nor a mic. If you want a cheap, fast headphone/mic, I would go to a convince store and pick up earbuds with a built-in microphone. It works perfectly with the headset.
